About the role
As Administration Manager, you will provide business administrative support to the owners and the nominated supervisor of the service, including managing new bookings, processing enrolments, building & maintaining meaningful relationships with the families.
You will work closely with the centre director to inspire, mentor & support the staff, along with day to day operations of the business.
You will manage the reception area of the service & provide a welcoming environment for all visitors
You will ensure compliance with the companies policies, procedures & relevant law codes are met at all times.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Early Childhood background preferrable.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Excellent Computer and software skills.
- Experience using administrative programs is preferred but not essential.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- National Police Check.
