Your Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma Early Childhood Educator
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
- Knowledge: Good understanding of National Regulations and the National Quality Framework
- Skills: Understanding planning cycles, documentation and routines
- Attitude: Positive, empathetic and great with kids
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create Exciting Programs: Assist the Room Leader in the development and implementation of a fun, engaging and inclusive programs that meet National Standards.
- Personalise Learning: Use planning cycles to support individual learning and development goals for each child.
- Ensure Safety: Focus on child protection and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Collaborate: Work with families and external professionals to support children with additional needs and promote inclusivity.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a classroom where children feel valued, empowered, and have a voice.
