O'Sullivan Beach Children's Centre is a Department for Education Preschool running alongside and integrated with a Long Day Care Service. We cater for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We are excited to announce new opportunities within our service as our occupancy has grown and our dedicated and inspiring teams are ready to welcome you.
The Roles
We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood educators who are passionate about early years Education and share our vision of learning.
We have positions available for Diploma and working towards Diploma educators.

Your skills and qualifications should include:
- A growth mindset.
- A love of learning.
- Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and educators.
- Suitable qualifications for the role, either a Diploma in Early Childhood Educationand Care or working towards.
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current RRHAN Certificate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the square.
- An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg Storypark).
- A passion for implementing sustainable practices.
