We are seeking a passionate Qualified Diploma or Working Towards Diploma Educators to join our team who are committed to helping Bloom achieve its vision and mission.

They must also meet the following criteria:
Have a Diploma or be working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications and have completed the relevant child protection training.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time, Our Place (MTOP), National Quality Standards (NQS), Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and Education and Care Service National Regulations.
Be able to communicate effectively and with purpose to children, parents, team members, service providers and stakeholders.
Demonstrate high-level abilities to work in a team and be able to use their own initiative.
Be “all in” with your commitment and contribution to Bloom’s philosophy, vision and mission.
Have the ability and skills to develop and deliver a curriculum founded on the bloom philosophy whilst following the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Regulations.
