Diploma or Certificate Educators | Permanent or Causal

We are seeking an energetic, highly skilled and experienced Diploma, Certificate III Educators to join our passionate team at our amazing service, Ballarat North Early Learning.

About your new role

• Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
• You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
• You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. 
• You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
• You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
• You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.

A little about you

• Working towards Diploma or Diploma in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Current Employment Blue Card. 
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF. 
• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
