AddressWe are looking for Dynamic Educators to join our team here at Expeditions Early Learning Journey Raceview. We are searching for an experienced Diploma Qualified or Experienced Cert 3 Educators to join our amazing team.
Our well-established family-owned Centre prides itself on offering smaller room sizes from our Nursery to our Kindergarten room. This ensures focused learning and smoother transitions. Overall a calmer more relaxed working environment.
All Team members are strongly supported by a Centre Director and Assistant Director who are passionate, experienced, and dedicated to Expeditions Raceview and their long-standing Family of Educators.
The position encompasses the following:
Providing quality childcare, supervision, and support to the children, families, and other staff members at our service
Ensuring the Centre is compliant with all state legislation and NQF standards.
Delivering a program compliant with the learning frameworks and based on the children's interests.
Delivering consistent high-quality care and presentation to all work practices
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Centre staff, parents, children, and the wider community

To be successful in your application you must have the following:
A Diploma or an experienced Cert 3
Current Working with Children Check (Blue card)
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR qualifications
Experience implementing learning frameworks.
Ability to provide a rich and stimulating environment to all children.
Professional attitude.
Effective and competent communicator.
Empathy, motivation, inspiration, and a genuine love for the education of children.
Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e. Director, Assistant Director, Educational Leader, and internal management company.
A high attention to detail, ability to provide an organised room environment, and work within a fast-paced environment.
