We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Room Leader to join our enthusiastic team. Your role will be supported with assistant educator in the room.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Be available 5 days a week
- More than 1 year experience as Room Leader in 3 to 5 years old children
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
- A demonstrated ability to work within a team environment towards company values, policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement educational programs that are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Child Development: Monitor and assess the developmental needs and progress of children, tailoring activities to support individual growth and learning.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children, adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open, positive, and professional communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a cohesive, supportive team environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents or concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including child protection and mandatory reporting requirements.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
