Are you an experienced, motivated and passionate Diploma qualified educator or lead educator? At Rothwell Kids ELC, we are looking for Diploma qualified Educators and Lead Educators to join our amazing team in our nursery. You will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor and Assistant Centre Manager, and Educational Leader.
The successful applicant for this role will:
- Be passionate and desire to work with infants
- Take pride in the presentation of the centre
- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
