Position: Lead Educator - Nursery Room
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time, 37.5hrs per week
Location: Alex Hills Early Education - 2 Glover Drive, Alexandra Hills

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities for children in the Nursery room.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and document children’s learning and development.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children.
- Support the emotional well-being of each child and provide individualized care as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Ability to become a responsible person, in charge of opening and closing the centre as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
