Lead Educator:
- Lead your team in creating and delivering an educational program that fosters infant's learning and development, while working positively in a team environment.
- Ensure that families, children, and other educators have a sense of belonging and assess learning, reflecting effectively.
- Nurture and provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children, and engage in networking with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
- Maintain a range of records as required under the National Quality Framework and demonstrate the ability to provide and document a high-quality, play-based early childhood program.

Educator:

Your Skills & Experience:
- Current Working with Children's Check BlueCard (essential)
- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care and working closely with infants.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
