Diploma / Working Towards Lead Educator

The Lakes Early Learning Centre is looking for an ECE Superstar! If you are fun, passionate and have a genuine love for children and making a difference, we want to hear from you. You will need a Diploma or Working Towards Diploma (minimum) to join our team. Boasting a beautiful outdoor environment and a motivated team of education specialists, our centre cares for children from 6 weeks - school age and is located in Springfield Lakes.

We value energy, honesty and teamwork. The centre is open from 6am - 6pm so having the flexibility to work within a rotating roster is a must.

Our role is increasing and we are currently looking for:

• Lead Educators
• Expereinced Assistants

Responsibilities:

• Current Blue Card.
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to get)
• Hold a Minimum Cert 3 in Early Childcare and Studying Diploma
• Ability to work in a collaborative teaching environment.
• Maintain effective communication with parents throughout the service.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be willing to learn and be part of our dedicated team.
• Friendly & Energetic.
• Strong Leadership Skills.
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
