Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.
The Role:
We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to partner with our male participant based in Park Ridge who is in his early 30's, QLD. Our participant recently sustained a spinal cord injury.
The current care plan in place requires support 15-20 hours support in a week. There are day shifts available from 9am onwards.
Successful candidates will be commencing ASAP. Hence, we are seeking reliable and experienced Support Workers for this role.
Pay Rates:
- Day - $36.25 per hour
- Saturday - $50.75 per hour
- Sunday - $65.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompting Medication
- Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
- Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
- Community access + rehab appointments
Skills & Experiences:
- Australian Driver Licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
