About the Centre/ServiceDromana Pre-School is a popular centre that provides high-quality early childhood education for 3 and 4-year-old children in a safe, community-based, family-focused environment.Nestled in the quiet streets of Dromana, we offer a sessional kindergarten format facilitated by highly qualified teachers and educators. Our programs are designed to support children in developing a love of learning in safe, nurturing surroundings.Our preschool prides itself on our inclusive policies and ability to cater to the changing needs of every student. Work Days of the RoleTuesday, Friday
Hours of Work of the RoleThe role includes 7 hours of contact time: Tuesday Session 8am-12.30pm, Friday Session 2pm-4:30pm
- Have the ability to support the continued implementation of a stimulating and positive learning environment to encourage and support children's development.
- Be committed to providing high quality care and education to all children in a safe, nurturing, play based learning environment.
- Have the ability to contribute to the planning cycle, observe and document children's learning with reference to the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Show initiative and manage time effectively.
- Form and maintain warm, caring and respectful relationships with children, families and staff.
QualificationsA Diploma Qualified Educator or Certificate III Educator are encouraged to apply.
