We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new opportunity for a dynamic individual to spearhead our Direct To Consumer (DTC) initiatives.

Role Overview:

As the Direct To Consumer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies for our DTC channels, including overseeing our esteemed Cellar Door and Wine Club. Working closely with the management team, you will elevate Mitchelton Wines' brand profile and profitability while aligning our DTC direction with our hospitality offerings and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Cellar Door: Lead the strategic direction and management of our Cellar Door operations, including event planning and budget management.

Wine Club/Online: Develop and execute strategic plans for our Wine Club, fostering membership growth and overseeing order dispatch.

Events: Assist in coordinating and managing onsite and offsite events, VIP visits, trade experiences, and key industry festivals.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the wine industry
• A self-starter with a passion for driving results
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a polished presentation

This position has the potential to be Hybrid for suitable candidates. The individual must be willing to work  on site at Mitchelton for 2 days per week.
