Details: The Director, Case Management and Community Partnerships is a key role in the Directorate and across ACT Government. The Director has responsibility for providing case coordination and management support for students with complex support needs to enhance their engagement in attendance and participation in school.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Targeted Support Team, including day to day reporting obligations, to ensure a consistency in approach across student facing support services.
The position requires a person with exceptional leadership and management skills including case coordination and advice to Government. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including the ability to coordinate supports from ESO and other agencies to ensure students with complex needs have appropriate supports, resources, and plans in place to engage in education.
