We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Director, Contact Centre.
This is a Permanent Full Time Appointment.
As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Customer Experience Business Unit, the Director Contact Centre is responsible for:

  • Contributing to the strategic direction and management of HSS in line with HSS strategies.
  • Leading the HSS customer Contact Centre team, ensuring high customer service by delivering key initiatives and strategies in line with Service Level Agreements. This includes aligning business needs, systems and processes with meeting customer needs and providing a responsive customer experience to Health Service Provider executives and employees.
  • Providing informed advice and guidance to HSS businesses to introduce better working methods that deliver more effective and efficient services and improve customer satisfaction.
