About the City of Nedlands
Our client, the City of Nedlands is seeking an accomplished Director Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance in internal service delivery, contributing significantly to our strategic objectives and community outcomes. This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and involves close collaboration with Council members and a range of internal and external stakeholders. The City of Nedlands exists to meet the needs of current and future generations through an integration of environmental protection, social connection and local activation.
The Opportunity
As a key member of our executive leadership team, the Director Corporate Services will help drive and execute the strategic vision for our organisation, including strong financial management and rigour. This role encompasses leadership of a diverse team across finance and procurement, land administration and property management, financial governance, information technology, information management and customer service, ensuring a cohesive and efficient approach to service delivery.

We are looking to appoint a strategic and visionary leader with strong financial skills and a make-it-happen approach, to join the executive leadership team at Nedlands with the new CEO.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive executive-level experience, adept at providing strategic financial counsel and overseeing operational excellence. Possession of a CA preferred (or CPA considered). You will bring a proven track record in modern finance and governance practices, together with strong people leadership skills.
