The successful applicant will be responsible for confidentially receiving, processing and initially assessing integrity, Fraud and Corruption reports for assessment by the Integrity Assurance Committee.
You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing policy instructions and administrative, technical, or professional procedures for the guidance of functional elements of ACTCS, relating to integrity, Fraud and Corruption.
In addition, you will deliver integrity awareness training to all ACTCS workgroups and provide policy advice and support to all staff, including the Executive. You will also create and maintain positive relationships with other stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and other external agencies as required.
Further to this, you will undertake strategic projects to develop, implement and evaluate strategies to improve and maintain ACTCS’ professional standards, which may include undertaking research, enquiries or reviews and preparing associated papers, briefings and reports relating to integrity, Fraud and Corruption matters.
To be successful, you will be required to demonstrate a high level of discretion, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- This position does not require a pre-employment medical.
- This position requires an unrestricted Working with Vulnerable People registration.
- A Driver’s licence is required for regular transport between work locations and other associated ACT areas.
- Diploma in Government Investigations or similar, is highly desirable.
- Experience in, or an understanding of, correctional or other Australian detention environments including detainee management, community operations, operational capability, corporate services, offender re-integration, and clinical/professional detainee services, is desirable.
- Knowledge of ACT Public Sector or similar misconduct, integrity, Fraud and Corruption frameworks, is desirable.
