We are seeking an expert in Employee Relations and Operations at the level of a People and Culture Manager or Human Resources Director. This is a unique opportunity to ensure the effectiveness of Employee performance standards and drive employee satisfaction across our workforce. You will act as an advisor and business partner to individual General Managers and their teams, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR-related issues.

Position: Director of Employee Relations and Operations
Role Overview:
- Ensure effectiveness in employee performance standards
- Drive employee satisfaction across the workforce
- Act as advisor and business partner to General Managers and their teams
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR-related issues
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior hospitality HR role within a larger organisation
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and operational management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
