Our Director of First Impressions needs to be a front office SUPERSTAR.
As the FIRST face they see and the FIRST voice they hear, we rely on you to ensure those calling or visiting our office feel as important as they are.
You are also the backbone of our team - with the important role of supporting every single one of us. So blow us away! We don't function without you - and we need you to be DYNAMIC.

General Description of Position:
- Provide first class service to every one who enters our office every time.
- Provide first class service to all who call our company, every time.
- Ensure EXCELLENT, lasting impressions of our company, every time.
- Work with a team in a professional, diplomatic and efficient manner.
- Answering the phone and attending to all visitors in our office.
- Signing keys in and out for contractors, tenants, owners.
- Commencing & tracking the tenancy application process.
- Daily mail: Incoming & Outgoing – stamping, distributing and recording.
- Maintain all office areas in a pristine and welcoming condition.
- Distribute incoming invoices, emails and printing accordingly.
- Manage Arrears Reports for Property Management & Admin.
- Digital filing
- Shopping & stationary Orders
- Record all incoming & outgoing keys with PRECISENESS
- Monitor non-return of keys weekly.
- Maintain supplies of stationary, forms listing, stocks, kitchen needs
- FileSmart - Archiving & scanning of files when required, as required.
- Processing and managing tenancy applications
- Property Inspection confirmations and preparations
