Director Of Food And Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food and Beverage operations in the property, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events spaces
• Maintain an elite standard across multiple venues
• Hatted and Michelin star experience of interest
• Experience with at least 2 simultaneous Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities

Requirements:

• Global mindset with an understanding of diverse culinary trends
• Multivenue experience at an elite standard
• Hatted and Michelin star experience preferred
• Proven experience managing P&L for multiple outlets
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership and team management skills
