Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food and Beverage operations in the property, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events spaces
- Maintain an elite standard across multiple venues
- Hatted and Michelin star experience of interest
- Experience with at least 2 simultaneous Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities
Requirements:
- Global mindset with an understanding of diverse culinary trends
- Multivenue experience at an elite standard
- Hatted and Michelin star experience preferred
- Proven experience managing P&L for multiple outlets
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and team management skills
