The Role
As our Hea of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our brands. You’ll lead the charge in crafting innovative marketing strategies to elevate Paul Bram and Diamond Exchange to new heights. From implementing targeted campaigns to overseeing digital marketing initiatives, you’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and strategic prowess. This role isn’t just about managing campaigns; it’s about shaping brand narratives, driving engagement, and fostering lasting connections with our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage internal team members and engage and manage external contractors as required to execute projects and achieve goals.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with directors and other team members to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development of compelling content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing and website.
- Manage SEO contractors to optimise search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Lead social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across all leading platforms.
- Handle public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and crisis management.
- Manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively.
- Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage brand identity elements, including logos, packaging, and website design, to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Create the marketing strategy and lead project management efforts to ensure successful execution.
- Report to The Thomas Group Board
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Culture “junkie” with a passion for movies, music, fashion, popular culture, and cultural trends.
