AddressThe Director of Marketing, Admissions and Engagement reports to the Principal and is responsible for the overall leadership and success of Genazzano’s Development team. This includes all strategic and tactical planning, management, coordination, and evaluation of the enrolments, foundation, marketing communications, and community engagement functions of the College. This leadership position is ultimately responsible for the filling and funding of the College – a function critical to the mission of Genazzano. To do this, the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Engagement will champion the College’s value proposition and ensure the Development team is supporting the College in bringing this value to life.
With oversight of the Development function, this leader will create a collaborative team environment motivated by collective goals. The Director of Marketing, Admissions and Engagement will engage the expertise of each member of the team to deliver excellent outcomes; in particular, they will partner with the Marketing and Enrolments Managers in delivering high quality communications and experiences across all touchpoints in the customer life cycle, ensuring insights are captured and leveraged for continuous improvement.
The College is seeking an experienced professional who can develop a deep understanding of our parents, implement initiatives to strengthen the Genazzano brand and consistently grow enrolments. This role would suit a highly organised professional with strong leadership qualities, acute business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
