Director of Nursing/Facility Manager

We are looking for a Director of Nursing / Facility Manager with strong and compassionate leadership skills and a passion for patient care, to lead the Inglewood Multipurpose Health Service. If you have experience in managing a rural health care facility this may be the opportunity for you!

You will lead multiple teams that are focussed on best practice health outcomes for patients and clients of Inglewood Multipurpose Health Service. You will be accountable for the implementation of clinical governance, corporate frameworks and associated strategies to ensure high quality services are provided. You will drive and create a positive workplace culture through respectful communication, expertly balancing the needs of staff and service delivery outcomes.
