- Base salary ranges between $140,767 and $146,883 p.a. (HP5).
- 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave + 17.5% loading.

Staff Accommodation may be available or rental subsidy of $82.50 p.w. up to 17 months.
Professional Development: we offer in-house training, development and mentoring programs, a $3,047 p.a. allowance to assist with external development, and 3 days p.a. leave for attending training or conferences.
Rural and Remote incentives: Category B allowance of $231.94 p.f.
About the role
- The Director of Pharmacy is a clinical leader with a specialist level of skill who provides high-level advice within a multidisciplinary team of the North West Hospital and Health Service and is recognised within their profession as a resource for clinical advice and advocacy, especially regarding the provision of services to rural and remote areas.
- This position holds primary responsibility for determining and implementing objectives and priorities for Pharmacy services and medication management within the North West Hospital and Health Service. Including the delivery of high-level clinical Pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team and concurrently providing clinical practice supervision to staff within the Pharmacy Department.

Main requirements
- The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree qualification in Pharmacy and full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
- This position participates in a Pharmacy Department roster plan, which may include an ‘On Call' Service and weekend work.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis and COVID-19.
- A 6-month period of probation may apply.
