Temporary full time opportunity to provide clinical governance, strategic leadership and direction for medicines management at Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS), and to manage the human, financial and physical resources of STARS Pharmacy.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide strategic leadership to STARS Pharmacy services and high level clinical governance to the multi-disciplinary medicines management team at STARS.
- Be accountable for all aspects of operational management, service planning and workforce planning for pharmacy services at STARS,
- Apply well developed comprehensive clinical knowledge and skills to the professional management of Pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with health service and state-wide priorities and adherence to professional standards and legislative directions
