With proven and ever-evolving formulae, our client is seeking a senior behavioural strategist to lead client relationships and nurture and grow the junior team. The Role
Your constant curiosity and compelling writing style will be exercised daily in this role. You are a research dualist with strong skills that focus on the strategic client outputs and policy guidance. You will craft quality reports and presentations as well as lead stakeholder workshops. Your passion for learning will be transferred to the junior/mid-level that you lead.
What you’ll do
- Scope winning research proposals ensuring alignment with client goals and behavioural science best practices
- Nurture and support the graduate and mid-level team (including some performance review and hiring responsibilities)
- Create qual and quant research instruments and methodological/community engagement frameworks
- Conduct thorough data analysis, interpret findings and generate strategy presentations using behavioural science values
- Run brainstorming, ideation sessions, workshops and presentations
- Present at industry events
Knowledge and Experience
- A degree in market research, social sciences, psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative social market research, including designing and executing research projects.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to nudge and inform clearly and persuasively
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior researchers.
- Strong experience in applying Behavioural Science values
