What you will be doing:
- Providing direction, leadership and management support to the Engineering, Housekeeping, Club Millesime and Front Office teams, ensuring all related areas are performing in a cohesive manner linked to the hotels core objectives and company philosophies.
- Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
- Ensuring hotel cleanliness standards are maintained while meeting productivity goals.
- Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused
- Oversee relationships with contractors to ensure requirements as agreed are met and costs are managed
- Implement yield management strategies to optimise rate and occupancy on a daily basis.
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing and operating department to ensure events and conference activities are well managed and consistent with client expectations.
