Director of Rooms | Adelaide
Salary Package: up to $120K + Super + 10% Bonus

THE ROLE
• Manage the service delivery of the Front Office, Housekeeping & Engineering departments, ensuring guests expectations are met and exceeded
• Ensure total compliance with standards of operation, while meeting productivity goals
• Oversee guest arrivals/departures and obtain regular feedback on service levels and overall satisfaction
• Respond to and handle any guest issues and complaints
• Monitor room expenses to ensure they are kept within budget
• Liaise with other departments to ensure C&E events are consistent with guest expectations
• Ensuring staffing is maintained at an appropriate level to match business demand

• Similar experience in a 5 Star luxury environment
• Proven leadership and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong time management
• Excellent presentation with a positive attitude
• Able to build rapport easily with all kinds of people
• Up to date with industry trends
