Streamliners is an innovative New Zealand based, global organisation employing over 150 staff.
We have a unique opportunity to join Streamliners as their Director of Strategic Partnerships, to partner with senior stakeholders in Australia to enhance and expand the use of HealthPathways across the country.
HealthPathways is online guidance used by tens of thousands of front-line clinicians daily to make betterinformed decisions with their patients, based on locally agreed pathways of care for 600 clinical conditions. The pathways are informed by evidence, shared and improved by a collaborative community of nearly fifty health systems caring for over 30 million people.
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will partner with healthcare leaders across Australia to find solutions to the many healthcare challenges they are facing using HealthPathways. There are tremendous opportunities to improve patient outcomes and drive system efficiencies through the use of HealthPathways. HealthPathways has already contributed to improvements in local models of care, and system changes in our regions and has an important role in fostering collaboration and communication between healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate has an established network at an executive level across the health system in Australia and an innovative, system-wide approach.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:1. A bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification) in a business related, health or social care field.2. Several years’ experience working in or around national or state departments of health, at anexecutive level, on demonstrable system and service improvements.3. Exceptional skills for building and maintaining high trust, influential relationships at senior executive/ clinician level.4. Fluency in, and practical experience with, health system prioritisation frameworks and techniques.5. A passion for improving the integration of health and social care systems for better patient outcomes.6. A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to its use in improving patient outcomes anddriving efficiencies.
