About the Role
TheTrinity College Pathways School offers courses which prepare high achievinginternational students for undergraduate entry into the University of Melbourneand other leading Australian universities. The Director of Student Wellbeingwill provide overall leadership for the Student Wellbeing team within ourPathways School. This position is responsible for ensuring delivery ofhigh-quality wellbeing student services to our students. Part of the PathwaysSchool Executive Team, this position is relied on to offer expert advice basedon benchmarking, best practice and innovation in student services and studentwellbeing. In addition to team leadership, approximately 50% of the Director’s timewill be providing initial counselling support for the students.
Skills & Experience
Tobe considered for this role you must be tertiary qualified in Psychology,Counselling or Social work and have membership or be eligible for membershipwith APS, PACFA or AASW. You will have extensiveexperience in the provision of counselling and psychotherapeutic services,particularly to young people, ideally in an educational setting. You will have demonstrated ability inleading and working within a team to deliver best practice Student Wellbeing programs.
Contract Type: Full time, ongoing position.
Salary: FTE $122,000 plus 17.5% of Leave Loading and 11% of Superannuation.
