About your next role
Reporting to the Executive Director of Education, the Director of Student Success and Teaching Excellence will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our education programs. This position is key in ensuring Student Success, retention, and transition rates are maximised across all our education offerings. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovative approaches to education, enhance Teaching Excellence, and promote student-centric programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Student Success and retention in all College programs
Develop strategies to enhance teaching staff capabilities and promote professional teaching practice
Lead initiatives to improve academic success, transition, and retention rates for students
Oversee operational improvements and implementation of new systems and procedures
Engage with students, teaching staff, and stakeholders to monitor and understand student needs and sectoral trends
Develop and implement academic policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements
About you
You will come with extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams to drive transformative change. Your experience will include achieving both commercial and academic success in education settings formed by a strong understanding of educational trends and regulatory requirements. With a strategic focus on nurturing Student Success and promoting retention you will leverage your leadership capabilities to drive cultural change and ensure continuous improvement.
