As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will bring:
Success in deploying effective student, customer, or similar experience strategies and solutions within an educational environment, demonstrating your ability to enhance the overall student journey.
Executive-level leadership experience, fostering high-performing teams aligned with organisational strategy to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Experience leading a large team or function showcasing your ability to navigate change and drive success in dynamic environments.
Expertise in branding and marketing strategies and plans to attract and retain students and enhance the reputation of GOTAFE within the community and industry.
A track record of collaborating with external stakeholders and industry partners, delivering tangible outcomes, and fostering shared success.
