The role: Director – Research, Strategy and Behaviour change

As an experienced all-rounder and senior within the business, you’ll be influential in winning, designing, delivering, and leading key strategic client accounts. We’re looking for an intelligent, thoughtful, and curious individual to help translate the complexities of data and help commercial, NGO and government clients achieve their goals through a better understanding of human behaviour.
Everyone within the business is hands-on with all elements of the research cycle and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in addition to a core focus on:
- Cultivating deep, trusted client & stakeholder relationships
- Writing compelling proposals that win briefs and govt tenders.
- P&L accountability
- Leading a constant stream of diverse ad-hoc social & commercial projects
- Design quant behavioural-led research methodologies

We’d love to hear from individuals with strong research, insights and consulting profiles, with demonstrated experience in behavioural science and academic qualifications in a psychology, science or human behaviour discipline.
This a rare role that will stretch your intellectual curiosity, and it’s essential that you have the following:
- Senior-level experience in research, insights, consulting, and designing behavioural interventions
- High HQ and integrity
- Experience delivering large projects end-to-end
- Comfortable grappling with a high degree of ambiguity
- Intellectually sharp and able to translate academic concepts into behavioural nudges
- Able to deliver to juggle projects without letting quality slip!
- Well-connected in the industry with strong client partnerships & commercial acumen across industries
- Able to digest academic literature and complex theories into commercial acumen
- Have a wide toolbox of qualitative/quantitative and Behavioural science methodologies - nudging, framing, heuristics, RCTs, ethnography, rational choice, scarcity, focus groups, IDIs, workshops, ethnography, intercepts, and observations.
