Your role:
You'll be engaging with a variety of clients, applying customized solutions rather than generic approaches. Working closely with delivery teams and experts suggests a dynamic environment where teamwork and expertise combine to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients from a range of sectors on value-creating sustainable solutions.
- Execute advisory services, including Sustainability and ESG strategy, materiality, roadmap development, transformation etc.
- Develop client strategies and execute bespoke solutions to address client ESG opportunities and challenges.
- Liaise with client senior management and C-Suite and Boards to ensure objectives are met and risks are mitigated.
- Understand and apply the firm's quality and professional delivery standards required to deliver assurance services.
- Develop externally facing material about the ESG practice (e.g. articles, presentations) and contribute to capability building internally through the development of tools and training where there is capacity
- Develop and mentor junior team members as they equip themselves to become trusted advisors of the future.
- Responsible for maintaining client relationships as required, including involvement in the initial planning meeting, maintaining proper regular contact and identifying issues to be resolved and actions required.
- Management of workflow and delegation of work to appropriate staff, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, meet technical standards and are within deadlines and budgets.
- Work with Partners, industry teams and service lines to research, identify, track and manage activity with selected target organisations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Sustainability and ESG, executing solutions for clients in response to ESG challenges.
- Strong generalist consulting experience across multiple sectors and engagement types gained within leading professional services firm, with track record of delivery.
- Demonstrable experience working with senior and C-Suite stakeholders across a broad range of clients and industries.
- Business development, bids and complex proposal management experience
- Experience in sizing engagements including scoping the skills & experience required, team structure and supporting pricing framework for delivery.
- Ability to form strong working relationships with market-leading clients to support their ESG aspirations.
- Knowledge and practical experience in consulting and project management in relation to transformation, strategy, and business operations.
