- Design and implementation of inclusive market leading reward, benefits, and recognition offerings to attract and retain talent
- Develop, design, and implement competitive and effective annual compensation cycles and deliver global reward initiatives and projects
- Provide operational support to the VP People & Culture on all executive pay matters
- Drive cross collaboration on all people systems and programs
- Provide people data analytics and look to predictive analytics to help shape future direction
- Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring SLAs are met and that engagement with the team is inclusive and creates a great employee experience.
- Ensure we have a mobility policy and practice which is inclusive, retains our talent and creates a great employee experience.
- Build capability within APAC region
- 10+ years Reward or equivalent HR experience.
- Degree qualified within a related discipline desirable.
- Ability to interact and influence at an executive/strategic level and working in a global, matrix organisation.
- Ability to pull data and information and deliver data driven insights to support actionable strategic reward and workforce planning policies
- Experience leading and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering on time and within budget
- Ability to work well with others across your diverse portfolio
