Your new role
As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Decision-Making: You'll actively participate in strategic decisions, contributing to the firm's growth and success. Your insights will shape our direction and drive positive change.
Client Management: You'll oversee a substantial fee base, ranging from $800k to $1m. Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery will be key to your success.
Team Development: Mentor and guide our talented team members, fostering their growth and helping them reach their full potential.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Professional Credentials: CA/CPA qualification with a Certificate of Public Practice. Being a registered Tax Agent is essential.
Experience: Ideally, you're already a Director or Partner within a similar firm. Alternatively, if you're a Senior Manager with the ambition to step up, we encourage you to apply.
Strategic Mindset: You're forward-thinking, able to analyse complex situations, and make informed decisions that benefit both clients and the firm.
Collaborative Approach: You work well with others, fostering teamwork and building strong relationships.
