Uniting Communities is now poised to undertake further design and development of a master planned mixed product project in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs.
This site will further enhance Uniting Communities value driven social development agenda through curating and constructing a truly integrated multi-generational community.
About the role
This is a significant opportunity where you will take on a pivotal leadership position, managing the end-to-end delivery of this flagship mixed-use project.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Felixstow Project Director will support the coordination and delivery of the re-development of the Felixstow Site.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for the project representing Uniting Communities and its user groups.
- Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring key lines of communication with all parties
- Manage the preparation of Development Applications and engage in meetings and correspondence thereafter to support the application
- Liaise with user groups and stakeholders proposed for the site including delivery of site and final handover, including authority approvals, procurement and production.
- Coordinate all aspects of the design process
Stakeholder management is paramount in this role and interested candidates must have worked as a SDM for a minimum of 5 years.
