All Types of Care Queensland are currently seeking Casual Disability Support Professionals to join our team to support clients in Rockhampton & Yeppoon.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with disabilities in various settings.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, community access, personal care and mobility.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and self-determination.
- Implement individualised support plans.
- Document progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including families, healthcare professionals, and case managers.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
Shift Availability:
- Potential weekly hours: up to 38 hours.
Shift options may include:
- 8 to 10-hour shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Morning shifts
- Awake shifts
- Sleepover shifts
- On-call
- Public holidays
- Weekends
About You
- Previous experience in Disability Support or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development.
Application Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in human services is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driver's license.
- Current car registration and insurance.
- NDIS Workers screening card (Yellow card) or the ability to obtain one.
- Working with children check (Blue card) or the ability to obtain one.
- Current police check or the ability to obtain one.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- NDIS Workers Orientation Modules Certificate (Worker Orientation Module | NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (ndiscommission.gov.au)).
