This is an opportunity to join the Regional Disability Services (Disability Support Provider) supporting vulnerable individuals living with Mental Illness and other disabilities to lead meaningful lives.
We are a registered NDIS Provider who are focused on developing a strong and supportive team, with an emphasis on continual development in all areas.

We seek to provide a safe and positive environment, using a strength-based approach and understand the importance of clear professional boundaries. Consistency is the key!
In this role you will:
- Support our participants (Complex) with their social, medical and personal needs
- Assist with the Day-to-day needs, such as cooking healthy meals, banking, financial budgeting, attending appointments, washing, cleaning, gardening and shopping.
- Provide detailed end of shift notes/ Incident Reports
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven track record on working with Complex Participants with Challenging Behaviors
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Drivers’ License and own fully insured Motor Vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Government Health advice.
- Willingness to work our Day, Afternoon and Sleepover shifts is essential (Penalty rates apply for the afternoon, weekend shifts)
- A resilient, positive minded and compassionate individual
Highly Desirable:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- National Police Check within the past 6 months
- First AID
- CPR
Remuneration
Successful applicants will be remunerated under the SCHADS Award. Classification level will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
