If you have current experience in community care/ Home Care/ Support Work/AIN (highly desirable) and working with clients with complex physical needs we want to hear from you. We currently have clients requiring support in East Kurrajong, Maroota and the Hawkesbury Region

What your Job Responsibilities will be:
Provision of skilled and quality in-Home Caregiving:
- Personal Care
- Manual Handling (including wheelchair transfers, variety of lifting machines including sling hoist, sit to stand lifter etc).
- Mealtime assistance
- Catheter/Bowel/PEG tube care
- Companionship
- Medication Administration
- Light Housekeeping
- Assisting clients to access the community
- Running errands for clients

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, Assistant in Nursing, or extensive industry experience or student Nurse.
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector) or NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Must have own vehicle and drivers licence
- You must be willing to undertake and complete our mandatory paid internal e-learning and competency programmes in the timeframe allocated to you.
- You must be confident in detecting and reporting any concerns to your clinical manager.
- You must be willing to think outside the box and find those gems that will make your clients life better.
