Disability Support Worker

We are looking for enthusiastic, and hardworking Support Workers to work within our growing business in the Rockingham, Fremantle, Mandurah, and surrounding regions.

As a Boutique Disability Support Worker, you will provide support in both community participation and in home supports. We have clients that require a variety of supports including assistance with daily living activities, household tasks, community participation, personal care, and transport. 

We are looking for staff with:

• The ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in following person-centred support plans.
• A willingness to learn new skills.
• A commitment to ensure clients safety and wellbeing are at the centre of all support provided. 
• The ability to adapt to each client’s diverse support requirements in a variety of situations. 
• A positive can-do attitude.
• Qualifications in Disability (Desired but not essential)

Essential Criteria:

• NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to apply) 
• Police Check
• Current First Aid certificate
• Valid Driver’s license
• Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights

Hourly rate is dependent on experience and qualifications under the SCHADS award. Casual contracts available, with the possibility of Permanent Part-time contracts for the right person.
