SalaryWe are currently seeking a male Support Worker to provide comprehensive care to a female participant in Altona. The position offers morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts 24/7.
The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in working with individuals with autism and those who are non-verbal. Medication administration proficiency, including the ability to administer PRNs, is crucial.
Responsibilities include assisting the participant with self-care activities and facilitating community access. The candidate should be adept at establishing rapport and de-escalating situations when necessary.
