About Your New Role
We’re looking for casual Disability Support Workers to cater to our In-home and Community Access support services in Toowoomba. At Multicap, we're searching for those who thrive on creating opportunities, fostering partnerships, and helping individuals realise their full potential. Our Disability Support Workers are experts in providing effective encouragement and innovative strategies to help individuals realise their full potential and the endless possibilities available to them.
About You
You demonstrate advanced skills in assisting customers who have a wide range of disabilities
You have experience working with mental health, challenging and complex behaviours
You can confidently implement care plans and assist with grocery shopping and cooking duties
You enjoy organising activities for In Home and Community Access supports
Ability to work split shifts between Mon-Friday
What You Need:
Current Open Driver's Licence
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
