About You
Support Workers need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We’d like a team of Support Workers to build a social rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met emotionally as well as physically. You will thrive off building your clients capacity, supporting them to live the way they want to!
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded Support Workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
In addition to our values, our support staff require:
- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant qualification
- NDIS Worker Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children (Blue card)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
