Challenge Southern Highlands (Welby Garden Centre) is a Disability Support service offering a range of supports to NDIS participants. This is a casual position - no weekend work
Qualifications & experience
- Hold a relevant qualification at or equivalent to AQF III or above, or have an equivalent level of training and experience
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Mentor Supported Employees, assisting individuals to learn new skills that will give them the opportunity to reach their goals
- Willingness to work outdoors in a Nursery setting
- Creating, tailoring and implementing tasks to suit and support the growth journey of the Supported Employees
- Coordinate work in a team environment
