Your role at Nextt
We currently have TWO (2) Permanent Part Time opportunities for FEMALE Disability Support Workers in and around Newcastle with the below shifts (you can pick one that suits you):
Position 1: 4pm-10pm
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed
Week 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
Position 2
Week 1: 4pm-10pm - Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2: 6am – 2pm - Fri, Sat, Sun
Your Role at Nextt:
In this role, you will be visiting a broad range of clients in their homes and provide support for confidence-building and self-care activities. You will have a genuine commitment to helping people live their best life and achieve their goals!
Requirements:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:
- Experience with Bowel and Catheter care or willing to learn
- Manual handling experience or willing to learn
- Able to travel to client homes to provide support (KMs paid for travel in between clients)
- NDIS workers screening check - must be current
- Working with children check - must be current
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.
