3. Qualifications in supporting participants with Diabetes & Catheter training.
4. NSW Driver's License
5. Driving History Record from Service NSW
6. NDISWC Clearance or to submit an application

- Do you have experience in supporting participants with Peg feeding?
- Do you have a current First Aid certificate?
- Immunisation History Statement - Inclusive of Booster vaccination.
- Do you have a current Working with Children (WWC) Check?
- Do you have a current Australian driver's license?
- Have you submitted your application via NDIS Worker Check?

Must have experience working in a Group Home & have a Cert IV in Disability Services.

- A full NSW Driver License
- To have experience in driving a 12-seater van
- Administering medication
- Personal care
- Qualified in supporting participants that require Diabetes support
- Qualified in supporting participants that require Catheter support
- Peg Training
- Mealtime management
- Community access
- Experience to be able to support Participants with high care needs
- Medication management.
- Someone who can follow Seizure Management Plans and support participants with Epilepsy.
