About the role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers to join our team to support our young clients living in Adelaide's Southern suburb of Mitchell Park and Inner-South Western suburb of Plympton Park. Certificate III and Allied Health students encouraged to apply.

Requirements for the position:
- Must love gaming and catching Pokémon!
- Experience in complex behaviour support.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and person-centered care.
- Experience working with a varied aged range of NDIS participants including children and adolescents.
- Full Australian drivers licence and a reliable car for transportation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialised support to individuals with complex behaviour needs.
- Utilise evidence-based strategies to manage complex behaviours and promote positive outcomes.
- Assistance with activities of daily living.
- Providing transportation from school to other educational programs or scheduled appointments.
Requirements for the role:
- 18+ years of age.
- Previous experience in the support of children and adolescents within the NDIS sector.
- Working with Children’s Check.
- NDIS Worker Check.
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Safe Environments for Children and Young People –“Through Their Eyes” training.
- A full Australian drivers licence and a reliable car.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher or be working towards the qualification.
