We are seeking the services of an experienced professional, flexible and compassionate Support Worker with the knack for getting the job done!
This a casual position to start working with a range of different clients with various disabilities.
The successful candidate will have:
- A wide range of availabilites especially in the afternoons and evenings.
- Experience working with people in a person centred environment.
- Cert 3 or 4 in disability or Individual Support or willing to obtain.
- Past experience as a Disability Support Worker.
- Ability to easily relate to others.
- Willingness to perform light house cleaning duties, assist with personal care and social access.
- Experience working with participants with autism, mental health or physical health challenges.
The successful candidate will also have/have the ability to obtain:
- NDIS worker screening
- Working with Children Check
- Police check
- An open license
- Be fully vaccinated or have a relevant medical exemption.
We pay at SCHADS award with reimbursement for car expenses. Pay rate determined based on qualifications and relevant experience.
